HT-T9 introduction
Ht-T9 double patch head magnetic levitation leadless soft lamp with high-speed patch machine, double patch head private four modules, 17 suction nozzles in each group, single disc can be pasted, and the same disc material is always pasted on the same lamp strip. The four modules have 68 suction nozzles and 68 Feida. At the same time, four different materials are produced, which does not affect the high production capacity. It is suitable for one-time mounting of 5,50m or infinite soft lamp strips. The optimal production capacity per hour can reach 250000cph. The size of PCB board is 250 width * any length. PCB is fixed by vacuum adsorption, cylinder splint and adjustable track width. There are five sets of cameras. Two suction nozzle debugging cameras adjust the suction nozzle spacing by taking the center of the suction nozzle. Two Feida debugging cameras adjust the Feida distance by taking the center scale line of the Feida seat. A Maik camera makes the PCB mounting program by scanning the mark point as the benchmark.
