The description of un-loader machine
It is mainly used at the end of the SMT production line to store the soldered PCB boards through the material rack. Its frame is driven by a special aluminum profile guide rail and a special thousand bird type plastic chain, driven by a 90W Taiwan brake motor, and the magazine moves up and down through a ball screw. It uses a pneumatic clamp structure and is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC.
